Through in-depth cooperation with one research institute, two technical centers, four key laboratories, one research academy and ten universities, the company has recruited top domestic and overseas scientific research talents.After thousands of iterative experiments, we have developed a series of high-performance window films with independent intellectual property rights via advanced multi-layer precious metal magnetron sputtering technology. By continuously optimizing the composition and proportion of target materials, we have effectively solved the industry pain points of window films, including poor oxidation resistance and short service life.
Our skin-care window films adopt full UV-blocking polyester base material integrated with formulations for anti-ultraviolet, anti-blue light and inhibition of malignant melanoma cells. Free ion capture functional materials are added during lamination processing, enabling the film to block 100% ultraviolet rays and filter blue light, delivering powerful and long-lasting full-spectrum UV shielding to protect skin.Combined with nano heat-insulating materials, magnetron sputtering technology and constant-color technology, the film boasts enhanced comprehensive performances and diversified functions to meet diverse customer demands. This product is mainly applied for tinting automotive windshields and architectural glass.
Magnetron sputtering window films are composited via precision coating technology, using premium PET substrates coated with multi-layer magnetron-sputtered precious metals and special functional adhesives.They deliver outstanding energy-saving, heat insulation, explosion-proof, sun protection and weather resistance performance. Featuring soft color tone, natural texture, reduced glare and improved riding & living comfort, these films are widely applied on automotive and architectural glass.
